Chevrolet has complemented its concept line-up

Chevrolet has introduced a conceptual Silverado Special Ops pickup, which has inherited Silverado Z71 platform. This car is positioned as rescue vehicle destined for Special Forces.

If to compare the standard version and new Silverado concept, the driver can find the differences, which include the extended wheel arches, 20-inch wheels with off-road tires cover, updated grille with optional lighting technique, and body painted in camouflage Razzle Dazzle. The same color scheme is used on military ships. Among other changes, the Chevrolet special version has received a reinforced suspension, rear differential lock, modified intake system as well as an exhaust one. The cabin has got a number of changes, including waterproof seats and floor mats, door and glove compartment handles in orange, also Razzle Dazzle armrests and unusual dashboard.

At last, Chevrolet Silverado pickup was restyled this summer. The US model is offered with a 285-hp 4.3 liters six-cylinder engine, and 5.2 and 6.2-liter eight-cylinder motors delivering 355 and 420-hp respectively. Engines are combined with the 8-step automatic. The Chevrolet brand has also announced the development of Colorado pick-up with a hydrogen power train.
